In the december blog post, I talked about grounding. Now months later, doing grounding exercises is needed more than ever. So I want to share a somatic practice to reconnect with yourself, let go of unnecessary tension and feel more present & resilient. So definitely something that can support you during pandemic stress… Take some time to enjoy this grounding practice. I love to do this one at least once a week, but in these times even more often.
